Welcome to 7700

The facility at 7700 includes three interconnected buildings which were originally completed between the 1950's and 1980's. With the support of innovative tenants, world-class architects and highly skilled contractors, GBA Associates has completely redesigned the exterior and interior of 7700 Arlington Blvd using modern, energy efficient design principles and elements to create a first class facility once again.

All tenant improvement construction meets Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver Commercial Interiors (CI) standards. Work space standards are derived from the DoD Instruction 5305.5 "Space Management Procedures, National Capital Region" and planned for in the Program of Requirements (POR). All space meets applicable codes for accessibility including the Architectural Barriers Act Standards (ABA) and the American Disabilities Act (ADA).
